What is the VIP Rewards Program?

The VIP Rewards Program is a free and convenient service for our valued customers who have purchased "Pherlure Cologne". The VIP Rewards Program allows you to get automatic shipments of the original product ordered 60 days from your original order date, and every 90 thereafter at the buy 2, get 1 free sale price ($99.99) along with free shipping. Membership in the VIP Rewards Program is free and is included with your initial order as explained in the terms and conditions that must be accepted during checkout of your initial order. You are not obligated to continue your VIP Rewards Program membership, and you may of course cancel at anytime, including right after your initial order is made. What steps are taken to ensure that I am aware of the VIP Rewards Program?

To ensure that you are fully aware of the VIP Rewards Program when placing your order, the full order terms and conditions including those of the VIP Rewards Program must be accepted during checkout of your initial order. In addition to the terms and conditions that must be accepted prior to the order being processed, information and instructions on how to cancel the VIP Rewards program are shown right after your order is complete on the receipt page.

What if I want to return my VIP Rewards Program order?

Refunds are processed with in 15 business days of the return being received to the original method of payment. Please note that any returns must be received with in 30 days of purchase. Please do NOT return an order if it is not within the past 30 days.

Should I file a credit card dispute with my bank to speed up the refund?

Please note that it is illegal to file a credit card dispute or chargeback on an order that you have placed, or on a reoccurring order that you have agreed to. In addition, once a transaction is disputed, the funds in question can be placed on hold by your card issuer for up to 6 months while the transaction is being investigated. If for any reason you do not wish to keep your VIP Rewards Program order, simply follow the above return instructions for a prompt refund. If a dispute is filed on a transaction, we will not be able to process a refund as we will request that the transaction go in to arbitration.

If After Submitting the above form, you see the message "Your Auto Order has been Cancelled", then your Auto Ship Program has been successfully canceled, and you will NOT receive any future charges or shipments.

If After Submitting the above form, you see the message "Auto order has already been cancelled", then there are several different situations causing this message:

1. Your order did have an auto order option, but it was already canceled by you.
2. Your order did have an auto order option, but it was already canceled by our staff.
(Our system will automatically cancel an auto order if there is a change of address request, a auto order cancelation request, or if a shipment is returned or is undeliverable.)
