-Replace "00000000" with your order number. Your order number begins with "ANRI-" and is located on your order confirmation receipt, as well as your shipment packing slip.

-Your free trial offer return must be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEX, or DHL with a tracking number.
Free Trial Offer Returns will NOT be processed for returns shipped by any other carrier, or without a tracking number.
